Do you have a shop front?
No we keep our overheads to a minimum and pass the savings onto you the customer. In time we may develop a shop front but for now we offer Eftpos, MasterCard & Visa. We are considering a retail shopfront to add much more to our range
What if I buy the wrong size?
Exchange is possible, but you will have to pay the redelivery charge of $2.00. Or if you wait till your next order then just tell me at the time of order and I'll bring the exchange box. Provided of course that they are unopened. Factory seconds are non-refundable irregardless.
What if I don't make on payment or my card gets declined?
Unfortunately we can't offer company credit. We have no way to be sure we'll get paid. I can redeliver at a $2.00 charge. We offer Eftpos, MasterCard and Visa facilities for your convenience.
Do you deliver any other times?
If our delivery times don't suit your schedule and we will make every effort to come to an arrangement that suits you.
What if I miss delivery?
I will contact you via phone to ascertain if I will still be in your area when you return. If not a redelivery fee of $2.00 will apply.
Do you accept any other forms of payment?
We accept Cash, Eftpos, MasterCard and Visa. At this time WE DO NOT ACCEPT Diners and Amex. If we get alot of demand for Diners and Amex then we may in the future accept them. We allow payment direct to our bank account however you must wait until payment clears for delivery. Paypal coming soon.
Why are your nappy boxes different?
The nappies inside are the exact same as the supermarkets packs nappies. Because they are larger quantities they needed different packaging. For example the huggies boxes are dfferent as they are Huggies wholesale quantities. Larger boxes of bulk sizes means better value and cheaper nappies without compromising quality
What are the Emergency Fees?
If an order is placed after 2 pm but the customer requires same day delivery and we are able to faciltate this request then an Emergency Fee of $5.00 may apply. There is No Free Delivery on Emergency Orders. Delivery outside of my normal times that has not been pre-arranged are subject to the $5.00 Fee.
What Areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Melbourne Western Suburbs of Point Cook, Truganina, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing, Werribee,Wyndham Vale, Santuary Lakes, & Seabrook. We are rapidly expanding our delivery borders. Call us and we'll give you a definate answer. At the time of order we'll be able to confirm that your address is within our delivery bounderies. WE ARE NOW SERVICING OTHER MELBOURNE AREAS CALL OR EMAIL TO CHECK IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU. At this time we are also looking into next day delivery services for certain orders.
